1. Subject matter and acceptance

These Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms") govern access to and use of the website sprint-commerce.it (hereinafter "Site") operated by Sprint Commerce Srl Unipersonale (hereinafter "Sprint Commerce"), with registered office at Via del Bosco 91, 12100 Cuneo (CN), Italy.

By accessing or using the Site, the user fully accepts these Terms. In case of disagreement, the user is invited not to use the Site.

The Site is an institutional and informational tool dedicated to presenting the activities of Sprint Commerce as a distributor in Italy of international sports brands.

The Site does not constitute a public sales platform or an e-commerce tool. Commercial relationships with Sprint Commerce are governed by separate and specific agreements.

3.2 Trademarks of distributed brands

The trademarks 361°, Kailas, Kailas Fuga, CEP Sports, Näak and their respective logos are the exclusive property of their respective owners. Sprint Commerce uses them in its capacity as authorized distributor for the Italian territory, within the limits permitted by the commercial agreements in force.

3.3 Restrictions on use

It is prohibited, except with prior written authorization from Sprint Commerce or the rights holders:

• Reproduction, distribution, or publication, even partial, of the Site's content
• Use of the name, trademarks, or logos of Sprint Commerce and the distributed brands for commercial, advertising, or affiliation purposes
• Systematic extraction and/or reuse of Site content via unauthorized scraping, mining, or automated crawling technologies
• Commercial or misleading linking to the Site

4. Permitted use

The user is authorized to:

• Consult the Site's content for personal and professional informational purposes
• Share links to public pages of the Site while maintaining their contextual integrity
• Use the contact forms published on the Site for purposes consistent with their nature (partnership inquiries, dealer applications, information requests)
